When I was preparing to leave I asked one of the other participants what the weather "out there" was like, gesturing out of our area! What does that say? My first experience with the Sweat lodge was wonderful! I was affected on so many levels! For months before my time in the Lodge, I had felt like I had been carrying some type of infection in my body " just below the surface" that I could not seem to either clear up or make manifest. When I returned from the Lodge, I had a fever & the next morning a mild one also. After that I felt fantastic & whatever the infection within was seemed to have cleared! The time in the Lodge was fantastic & the energy was beautiful! I was extremely aware of myself & my field the whole time! I can't wait to come back for more experiences with Sandy & Chuck in the Lodge & I will definetly be bringing friends!

I had the opportunity to participate in a Sweat Lodge on April 15th, a beautiful spring day. I have participated in a Sweat Lodge Ceremony which Sandra and Chuck facilitated last year and I have to say that this Lodge was just as wonderful as the last. On the second door we did a meditation which resulted in me feeling like I was going to rise and fly through the top of the lodge. I had the feeling of wanting to dance and sing. I could not do either, so under the circumstances, I tried to silently whistle. The lodge is just such a spiritual journey for me. Thanks for a wonderful day and just like last time the next day is just as uplifting.

Vision Quest

"Having been called once again to Vision Quest, I applied to Heron Walk Vision Quest operated by Sandy and Chuck. Being accepted I followed their suggestions in preparing my mind, body, soul and emotions. They were very beneficial! The meals were excellent! They are a very caring couple. Their Sacred Ceremonies further enhanced my Quest. After Questing they welcomed me back with hugs, smiles and heart felt words. I strongly recommend the Heron Walk Vision Quest."

I entered into my Vision Quest with a combination of anticipation and trepidation - yet my experience, in spite of the difficulties of this spiritual testing, was filled with joy and discovery and a sense of being held in a safe, loving space. For this sense of security I have my protectors to thank, and I can't think of anyone I would rather have as protectors during a Quest than Chuck and Sandy. Their life is a testament to their connection with Spirit, and the love and care that surrounds the questor during the Quest are as tangible as a hug. Thank you!

Sacred Silence Meditation

I attended Heron Walk's Sacred Silence Meditation classes to help enhance my own Meditation practice & what I recieved was much more than just that! I loved this Meditation & I will be continuing to use it frequently. I really liked the technique (It was very "user-friendly"!) & I am having even more amazing experiences each time I work with it (Too long for a testimonial!). I recommend the Sacred Silence Meditation classes to anyone looking for that special place we're all longing to reach! My interest into the origins of this Meditation has also been piqued & I hope to learn more in the future! Thank you again, Chuck & Sandy!
