Vision Quest

This Sacred Ceremony is used to find purpose and commitment; to seek direction between careers; to regain passion for life; when faced with a crisis; or simply when there is a sense of dis-ease. The Vision Quest is a time alone in nature fasting from all things familiar, reflecting on our life choices. The Quest brings insights and is a process of getting to know one's self. The first law of spiritual development is Know Thy Self and this is the heart of the Vision Quest.

A Vision Quest is a solo wilderness experience sitting in a ten foot circle with water and no food for four days while being aware of Nature and reflecting on our life and choices.

This program is run over an eight day period. The first two days consist of teachings on how to Quest. The next four days are the actual Quest itself and the last two days are about journaling and interpreting what you have learned during the Quest. Prior outdoor experience is not required and we provide security and protection from outside interruptions. What will be taught and experienced at these workshops is not from any one culture. The teachings are the essence of many similar ceremonies from all over the world.
